Winter Coogee Days

It’s been quite the “wintery” Winter here in Sydney this year. But a couple glorious days, with temperatures touching the mid twenties, had people all over Sydney reacting appropriately to it.

In this magnificent part of the world, Coogee Beach, with my two youngest beside me; we spent the afternoon lunching, exploring the rocks and the playing on the beach. Knowing it might be weeks (or more) before we see such stunning weather again, we had an absolute ball… I hope I captured the memories well to savour.

Below are a few shots playing with the kids as well as some stunning shots of the beach and a lone paddle-boarder. She (whoever she is) was remarkably alone in that part of the water, well away from the surfers. She must have been pinching herself to have all that area alone.
