We are home owners

That’s right, we closed on our home yesterday afternoon at 3:30pm. My experience was a very pleasant one, I think it was because I liked the seller, he is a good guy. We joked and laughed and talked about IT related things (he is a programmer) and pretty much had a good time.

About 1 and a quarter hours later we were done, owners of our first home. Now this week, and this weekend, we’ll spend the time settling in. What is very cool is the fact Nevan and Liam can play in the fenced yard without us having to worry, too much. We can clearly see the front yard through a large living room window which is good.
