Morro Bay: Scenic Views, Sea Lions & Unforgettable Moments

If you’re looking for a scenic and relaxing getaway, Morro Bay, California is the perfect destination for you. With its stunning views, abundant wildlife, and great food, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

One of the must-do activities in Morro Bay is to hire a boat and take a tour of the harbor to see the sea lions. These playful creatures will entertain you with their antics and provide a unique opportunity to observe marine life up close. Whether you choose a guided tour or rent a boat yourself, this is a chance to make memories you’ll never forget.

After a day on the water, treat yourself (as we did) to dinner at Windows on the Water, one of Morro Bay’s finest restaurants. It was a beautiful evening, with the sun setting over the harbour, casting a golden glow over the water. A special family moment took place as this was the first time Nevan’s fiancรฉ Tessa was meeting the family and Nevan was meeting his little sister, Mirin. We were all over the moon with excitement.

The menu at Windows on the Water features an array of fresh seafood, local produce, and mouthwatering entrees. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, but the real highlight of the evening was the family time spent together. It was a memorable evening, filled with love, laughter, and delicious food.

Overall, Morro Bay is a wonderful destination for a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. So come and see what this beautiful town has to offer, and make memories that will last a lifetime!
